Got cheated out of over $6 worth of food. The shift manager "Taylor" acted rude when I demanded a refund for the missing food. She demanded to know why I didn't want the food cooked. Blamed me for not checking my bag. I waited almost 15 minutes at the end of the drive thru and got a half melted milkshake and cheated out of food.

Are the operating hours flexible? Went at 11:00PM on 6/18/17 to get breakfast for the next morning (yeah I'm weird), and they were closed even though they are supposed to be open until midnight.
Any kind of heads up would be appreciated. Other than that, it's a pretty ok place.

I don't have a problem with that per say. It's a small town on Father's Day. My only suggestion would be to put some form of notice on the drivethru screens such as "Closed" or even "Stop sitting here waiting, you idiot." Anything to keep you from, well, sitting and waiting like an idiot.

WHICH IS STILL NOT MY ORDER. I TOOK ONE OF THE SANDWICHES. WITH JUST KETCHUP BACK TO THE INSIDE AND TOLD THEM I HAD ORDERED ONE ALL THE WAY. IN ABOUT 10 MORE MINUTES, I FINALLY. GOT MY FISH SANDWICH. THIS HAPPENS FREQUENTLY. AT THIS MCDONALD'S. IN BUTLER ALABAMA. 36904. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED. WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE. QUALITY THESE WORKERS DO NOT HAVE. GEE WHIZ.
